The Pali Group ensures socially and economically responsible production of kid meat. The well-being and the health of the animals are born in mind in all the links of the chain.
In our own integration of companies the fatteners under contract to the Pali Group are personally supervised and given expert advice to produce kid meat of a uniform quality. The kids that are housed in groups on straw are fed following a well-balanced pattern throughout the whole growing process. The well-being during transport has not been lost sight of either. We use leading transporters in possession of the Livestock-friendly Transport Certificate ('Veewaardig Vervoer').

The Pali Group works closely with regular clients in the chain, making clear buying and delivery agreements with them. Using a good collection framework the supply and removal of animals can take place at the right age. This is of crucial importance for the quality of the meat. Making a chain not only leads to better harmonisation between the links from the point of view of animal health and the production process but also ensures more transparency, uniformity and better quality of the meat. Each participant has his own responsibility and the links recognise each other's wishes and interests.
